Which product groups does the P.S. Trading offer include?
Our offer mainly includes hand tools, power tool accessories, power tools and products from the garden, automotive and health & safety categories. We are constantly expanding our range and introducing new product groups that meet market needs.
Is cooperation on own brand / private label possible?
Yes. We run own-brand projects from selecting the product and manufacturer, through verifying documentation, compliance and quality, to preparing markings and instructions and organising production and deliveries. The scope of cooperation is agreed individually for each project.
Does P.S. Trading serve foreign customers?
Yes. We work with partners in many foreign markets and carry out export sales. We also help select the offer, prepare trade documentation and organise deliveries suited to a given market.
How are complaints and product servicing handled?
We provide complaint handling and servicing for products covered by our service system. Depending on the product group, we carry out diagnostics, repairs, parts replacement and the logistics of the complaint process.

Yes. We verify technical documentation, certificates, test reports, compliance with EU requirements and product markings. If necessary, we work with the manufacturer to fill gaps and implement required changes.
Do you provide comprehensive import and delivery handling?
Yes. We can coordinate the process from ordering at the manufacturer to delivery of the goods, including organising samples, transport documentation, import handling and cooperation with logistics partners.
What do servicing and after-sales support look like?
